Secret Bao

Secret Bao is an Asian Fusion restaurant located right in downtown Santa Barbara. Specializing in traditional Chinese food like baos, rice, and noodles, they also provide daily specials to keep the menu fresh and keep you coming back. Secret Bao offers modern takes on tried and true dishes from Asia and provides excellent service. The opening of the restaurant was rocky as it was set to open right when the pandemic closures hit, none the less, they have pulled off an awesome feat with some great food as well. ASIE is an Asian restaurant in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara located along lower State Street. The restaurant offers a variety of Asian foods from traditional Chinese dumplings to classic Japanese ramen, as well as the chef's specials which includes dishes from all over. Sachi Ramen

Sachi Ramen & Robata Bar is located in downtown Santa Barbara and specializes in their ramen and noodle specials. While they do provide and excellent array of ramen, soba, and udon; if that's not your fancy, then they also serve other Japanese dishes such as sushi. Empty Bowl

Empty Bowl is located in the public market near the Arlington Theater on State Street. Empty Bowl specializes in modern takes on Thai noodle dishes and more, the industrial look to the small bar with full view of the kitchen is spectacular. Complimented by the nice staff and delicious tastes, the Empty Bowl provides a well rounded experience for anyone who choses to dine there. TAP

TAP offers a modern spin on homemade Thai dishes in a clean, minimalist environment. TAP is located on upper state and offers takeout, dine-in, as well as delivery. With good customer service, unique and tasty flavors, TAP is a must try for anyone craving a good Thai dish (or two). Sushi Tyme

Sushi Tyme, located in the Paseo Nuevo mall, is a nice little place that covers the board with its traditional Japanese dishes. After a fire broke out in the kitchen, the business was closed for the foreseeable future until it re-opened a few months back with an updated interior. At Sushi Tyme you can expect sushi rolls, noodles, bento boxes, etc. that are affordable and tasty.
